INTRODUCTION

| The DCA is always committed
towards growth and expansion and has created a policy to encompass all aspects
of the development of our workforce. We are proud of our record in improving
the number of employees for the DCA, which has grown at a steady rate over the
last five years. Whilst we have specific roles that are reserved for a certain
nationality, all of our positions are available to those who possess the right
skills and aptitudes.
