Dubai, UAE – May 22, 2012 – Dubai Airports has won the Employer of the Year Award at the GCC HR Excellence Awards for the second consecutive year. The recent win is the eleventh time that Dubai Airports has been recognised at eight major awards so far this year, including three for accomplishments related to human resources and development.

The HR Excellence Awards recognise and reward individuals and organisations that have made outstanding and innovative contributions to the successful development of HR in the region. The Employer of the Year seeks to distinguish the organisation which has made the biggest strides in order to assemble the complete workplace. It recognises an organisation that has worked towards successful development of their HR function as well as being focused on their people development and management strategy.

 

The awards event was hosted as part of the 7th Human Assets Expansion Middle East Summit which was held from 21st to 23rd May in Dubai.
