Please complete the “Individual Registration” or “Company
Registration” forms available from the links on the Home Page. Airlines and
Airport Service Providers should use the Company Registration forms. Please
ensure that all mandatory fields are completed.
When the forms are correctly submitted you will receive an on-line confirmation
message as well as a confirmation email which will be sent to your registered
email address. Following registration all Company requests will be processed,
which will take up to two working days. You will receive an email when this
process is complete confirming your registration approval and reminding you of
your registered username and password.
Individual registrations will be processed immediately, following confirmation
of payment, which must be by credit card or e-dirham.
Users will then be able to log into the site and subscribe to, or select
services that have been authorised for their account. Services for companies
that are free of charge will be available immediately. Services that require a
subscription fee will be activated after payment has been made and confirmed.
