Al Majlis VIP lounge rates:

Al Majlis, Dubai Airports’ VIP passenger service, is implementing a new, simplified cost structure.

The following costs will apply:

Payment

Payment can be made:

• In person at the Al Majlis counter, using cash or credit card, or
• Credit account. To apply for an account you will require:
  o Deposit of AED25,000
  o Approval from Dubai Airports
  o A bank guarantee

Payment must be made 24 hours prior to arrival or departure otherwise your request will be automatically cancelled.

Booking online
Only credit cards issued in AGCC countries will be accepted (American Express cards are not accepted). The online payment process needs E-government approval, which takes 24 hours.

Online reservations are subject to approval by our reservations team and therefore you are advised to contact Al Majlis on (+971 4 504 5196) to confirm your booking.

Important information: A reservation code and invoice number will be provided once your online reservation is confirmed. If these details are not automatically provided, please contact the Al Majlis Reservation Team.
