Dubai International ensures that it caters to the needs of all kinds of passengers from across the globe. Passengers with special needs are treated with the utmost care and given access to all the services available at Dubai International.
We provide special services for Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM). If you are travelling through Terminal 1 or Terminal 2, it is important that you ask your airline to notify us about your requirements. If you are travelling via Terminal 3 on Emirates Airline, please contact Emirates Special Services on +971 4 505 7119 or +971 4 505 5053.
We have dedicated desks for passengers with special needs located between Rows A & B of the Departures Hall. Electric carts are available for transporting passengers to and from the concourse. Within the concourse we have dedicated lounges for passengers with special needs and unaccompanied minors, located near Gates C9 and C22.
