All services, such as room and laundry services are available 24 hours a day and all rooms are equipped with an Interactive Television through which you can receive high speed internet access as well as place room service order. This new eServiceat its initialstage allows (pre-registered) companies to make booking for rooms and services available under the umbrella of DIH. Later on individuals will also be allowed to do so. The process to avail this service is quite simple. Once you are a registered company you can easily login to the service and fill out a booking form for the various services available to you. Once this has been submitted an approval for the booking is sent via email to the customer or companies can check the status of the requisition once they login the second time around. Approval of the booking is a must, and once the customer arrives at the hotel, payment can be made either via cash or credit card.
