1. All online reservations are subject to approval or rejection by the Al Majlis Duty Manager.
2. No refunds are applicable.
3. Any online reservations, flower requests or limousine service cancellations should be made 24 hours prior to flight. Otherwise, the full payment will be deducted.
4. Reservations can be made six hours prior to flight-time and subject to approval or rejection by the Al Majlis Duty Manager.
5. In case of any reduction in the number of passengers or cancellation of an online flower request 24 hours prior to flight-time, payment is redeemable to customer as a “credit note”.
6. Original visas must be submitted to Al Majlis-VIP Lounge counters three hours prior to flight-time.
7. Foreign guests without visas will not be serviced.
8. Visitors accompanying the guests must bring their original passports or original labour cards.
9. Unfortunately, our services for guests travelling to US destinations are unavailable as we cannot provide the specific security procedures.
10. The 'credit note' and 'on hold reservation' will be valid for six months from the date of issuance.
11. The 'credit note' cannot be exchanged with other services provided by Al Majlis-VIP Lounge.
12. If the customer redeems the credit memo within six months from the date of issuance, the old receipt voucher along with the credit memo to be redeemed must be submitted to the Al Majlis Duty Manager.
