SETTING UP AN OFFICE

Setting up an Office at Cargo Gateway

Offices and warehouses allotted to Freight Forwarding Agents are available for rent at the Cargo Gateway at Dubai International. The agents building has offices on the first level and warehouses on the ground floor level.
Floor plans of offices and warehouses are available to help you select the rental space suited to your needs.

Rental Space Available

We have offices spaces from 295 square feet to 1776 Square Feet
Warehouses spaces are available from 478 Square Feet to 6000 Square Feet
Warehouses may be rented in multiples of two or more, where partition walls can be removed.

Clients are permitted to put up pre-fabricated offices in their warehouses at their own cost after obtaining approval from our approved contractors.
Clients are also allowed to install split unit A/Cs or drip-free window units.
